Return, Exchange and Refund policy

We offer exchange or return of any product if it’s informed within 48 hours of the delivery with a valid reason. To initiate a exchange/return:

  2. Include your order numberproduct namecurrent size.
  3. Items must be in their original condition and include all labels. Items must be in an unused, unwashed, and unaltered state.


Return exclusions:

Returns will not be accepted if:

  1. The item was custom-made (e.g., personalized sizing or design).
  2. The item was not returned in its original condition (with tags intact, unused, and unaltered).
  3. The item was purchased at a discounted sale price.

 

Return shipping instructions:

  • Pack the items securely to prevent loss or damage during transit.
  • Include your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.
  • Ensure all items are in unused condition with tags and packaging intact.

 

Refund Timeline:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed and credited within 14-30 business days to your original payment method.
